This is a slightly nicer (IMHO) version of the shot that I submitted to The way we see it. The shot I submitted was rushed for the Monday deadline.
This one (again IMHO) has a better white balance as part of the raw conversion and I have rotated and (as was consequently necessary) cropped it slightly.
It is at times like this that I miss the the screen on my G5; I had to lay on the floor to see through the viewfinder for this shot.
Canon EOS 20D, 31mm, f/5.6, 3.2sSec, ISO 200
Comments:
Very nice depth of field! I have a thing for round and globe shaped items. I like how the arrow is kind of pointing off into the distance - causes the person to wonder what is out there.
I like the tighter crop - but what I really love is the lighting and the colours behind. It's cool to see what it looked like at night! I really like this one. :)
