Not much to say about this. Earlier today I went for a walk around the village rather than rely upon London as I have recently.

Everything, apart from this yellow sign shot at the same stables as this photo, looked as grey as the weather. I did however meet the very friendly owner of Barnaby of whom I took several shots; sadly none of which really worked.

My inspiration appears to be on vacation.

Hey, I sank so low as to photograph animal crackers last night, so don't complain to me about vacationing inspiration.

If this is inspiratioin on vacation I'd like to see your images it when it returns. This is a great image, clean and straight forward. I've never seen a sign like this either, probably because we are in different countries. I'm going to have a look at the rest of your images, cheers!

don't be hard on yourself re: this image...I like it. A very clean, minimal composition, and it definitely conveys an emotive feel. Even if you feel as though your inspiration is out on vacation, it seems to be enjoying its holiday. :-)

I understand how you feel. I am so bored by my surroundings and my town. I'm just trying to see it in a different way! I think this is a very clear, lovely photo!

This reminds me of Louie the Lightning Bug commercial..... When the sign says "Danger" the sign means SCRAM, and those "High Voltage" signs mean MOVE ON (MOVE ON MAN!) and when the sign says "Keep Out" you gotta keep on, movin on! And when the sign says "Warning" means it's time to get a long! You gotta obey what those signs say, you gotta obey what those signs say, you gotta ooooobbeeeeyy!!
