I hesitated posting this shot but the weather is agaist me. It's another one that I saw out the corner of my eye whilst driving and went back a few days later. Post processing: conversion to b&w and sepia toning, all done within the eos viewer utility software.
Canon EOS 20D, 54mm, f/5.6, 1/60Sec, ISO 1600
Comments:
Why did you hesitate? It's a nice shot. Actually it fits perfectly in last weeks Photo Friday challenge - "Abandoned".
I was just about to say the same as Peer, this would be perfect for last week's Photo Friday ;) The sephia tone works really well for this picture. Are those pieces of glass scattered around?
photofriday's abandoned is exactly what i thought when i saw this. and if you had entered it Stuart, it would have got my vote for sure. sepia works well on this shot.
Dangit, Justin took what I was going to say! (you know we <3 bob the builder) This looks to lonely, but the shot is so great! If I was there, I would feel sad for the bike because it wasn't being ridden.

Amanda is right, it does look lonely. I wonder if the kid it belongs to is bummed because it's broken? Great shot!
