Taken this evening at London's Thames festival which was billed as amazing, I really had high expectations, so not wanting to miss this amazing display I hauled my not very portable tripod around all day.

After the carnival Ian, Mike, Rob and myself found a space to set up on Waterloo bridge and held onto our spaces for 45 minutes until the show began.

A few bangs and flashes like this one for almost five minutes and then nothing. That was, as they describe it, the amazing display.
